HOW TO ENTER BEAST MODE! - College/University - Exam Season

Ah.

it has begun.

Here comes the "I don't understand...can you run that by me again sir...but we have an assignment due on that day already...I have no social life...is this real life?" saga.

You guessed it,the typical lines students spew out year on year. What if I told you that things could be a lot easier for you. Worth getting out of bed for.

Well, here's how to enter STUDENT BEAST MODE!

MINDSET
BEAST MODE IS 100% MENTAL. JUST ASK THIS KID.

You know what this kid is probably thinking right now? NOTHING. He's eyes are on his target and he's going for it. That's the SAME mentality YOU must have.

Look at him. He's not looking left or right; right? YOU must have an insane focus on what YOU want to achieve for YOUR future.

Get into a routine, and form a realistic timetable to stick to.

Getting everything ticked off the list isn't the important thing, a student in beast mode works smarter not harder than the rest.

Hold on! Don't forget to mold your plans around your other commitments, for example breathing from time to time...

EXERCISE
...THIS. IS NOT. EXERCISE...
*Clears throats* In an age where we have technology to do everything, we have quickly evolved over the last 1000 years to do more and move less. Picking up the latest FIFA game over actually playing football.

Stroll to a friends house to chill. No chance. we have Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and so on. Unlike Homer, when we walk, run or jog, endorphin's are released in the brain which will improve your well being and ability to deal with your exam stress*.

*your ability to resist doing this when come to terms with how much work you have to do*

Weak. Tired. Sleep.  Bed?...The floor will do.

FOOD
But are you REALLY loving it?
You are what you eat so don't eat...well you know.
Question time.

Would you fill a car that uses petrol with diesel? Feed a dog cat food?

The answer is obvious.

So why do we eat 'food like' substances and act confused why we are tired all the time?

The Solution is simple. Try to add some fruit and veg to every meal and drink a minimum of 2 pints of water a day. Hunger can often be mistake for dehydration.FACT.

High volumes of your most desired sugary snacks will only leave you craving more. Snacking on nuts, seeds and other super-foods will

Hey,its a start, leaving you feeling good. Can't argue with that.
That's it! GREEN GUMMY BEARS!

"MINDSET?....EXERCISE?......GOOD FOOD?..........ME?"

THIS ADVICE SHOULD INEVITABLY STOP YOU FROM DOING THIS COME THE EXAM PERIOD. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS.
